Procedure: Botox (muscle relaxing injections) The shop has a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. The staff are always willing to help and are extremely knowledgeable whilst remaining friendly and polite. I was a little anxious and nervous at first but the procedure was fully explained in a manner that I understood, I felt calm and reassured before starting. The procedure itself was very quick and relatively pain free. Extremely happy with my experience today. Would highly recommend getting in touch with them if having Botox is something that you may have ever considered.
