I have anxiety and ADHD and I told the receptionist that I felt anxious previously sitting in the salon for 25 minutes with the numbing cream all over my lips. She found an empty treatment room and took me in there so I could be on my own and lay down until my treatment in half an hour. It may seem small but it was huge for me. Thank you Nouveau!

Casey is absolutely amazing. The salon experience is like spending times with your friends, I always look forward to and come out feeling great. Rachel is fabulous too. These two girls are an asset to the company.

My friend and I had treatments. She drives 2 hours to get to me, then we head to Nouveau. We haven’t been in since October, but Natalie remembers you and makes you so welcome. She listens to what you are thinking you need/want, then assesses you and tells you what she would recommend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and thoroughly recommend her.
