There is never a time I need to get an appointment at Noveau that is difficult, the ladies are so so lovely from the admin team down to the service team. I’d definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

I could not recommend this salon highly enough. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I have had a couple of treatments from Natalie who I have to say on each occasion was amazing. Professional, very informative and goes the extra mile and a half every time to ensure you get the best service possible.

Rachael always looks after me. Very friendly professional and gentle. I have very sensitive feet and she handles it well. Love all the girls and always made to feel welcome and special. Great service always given and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Already looking forward to my next treatment

Having had chin & facial hair for many years, I was worried about trying laser but the results are amazing. My first session took all of 10 minutes, it is more the laser noise than pain but I can’t recommend enough. Ashley is so calm and talked me through each minute of the session and when the buzz was coming. Aloe gel was a must to buy for after care. I’m so impressed with the results I am now having my under arms lasered. Scarlet is helpful with knowledge and talked me through through prices and treatments before hand with no pressure or sales. Really worth the money not to ever shave or wax again and I feel more confident without chin stubble. Local Salon is always clean and friendly.
