I have anxiety and ADHD and I told the receptionist that I felt anxious previously sitting in the salon for 25 minutes with the numbing cream all over my lips. She found an empty treatment room and took me in there so I could be on my own and lay down until my treatment in half an hour. It may seem small but it was huge for me. Thank you Nouveau!

I have been visiting this salon for nearly 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is second to none, the atmosphere is perfect and the team make it so enjoyable that I always look forward to my appointments. Please don't ever change 😍
