My 15 year old daughter had an appointment today with Jade for her first ever eyebrow wax and shape. Jade was brilliant with her. Put her totally at ease, talked her through everything and was just brilliant with her. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend her.

Very professional atmosphere and very friendly staff. Acrylics taken off efficiently and quickly just using the soak off method. Good price too.

I have anxiety and ADHD and I told the receptionist that I felt anxious previously sitting in the salon for 25 minutes with the numbing cream all over my lips. She found an empty treatment room and took me in there so I could be on my own and lay down until my treatment in half an hour. It may seem small but it was huge for me. Thank you Nouveau!
