My experience at Nouveau Beauty today was every bit as enjoyable as always. Even in these strange and uncertain times the manner in which they are conducting their business is impressive. I was greeted outside with a warm welcome, had my temperature taken and was asked to sanitise prior to being taken to the pedicure chair to be thoroughly pampered. The staff are very professional, the surroundings are impeccably clean and they have very strict social distancing measures in place so at no time did I feel endangered. Scarlet, whose customer service is ace, is doing a great job of ensuring that everything is running according to the rules. You’re doing a brilliant job ladies - keep up the good work!

I have been visiting this salon for nearly 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is excellent and the consultants are so friendly. Thoroughly recommend 😍

This was my first time at Nouveau and I was really impressed with the service, standard and also the procedures implemented due to Covid. Very thorough and so happy with my nails. Thank you.

Was greeted immediatley at the door, tested and asked to sanatise with the provided sanitiser which was brilliant, they were all lovely, helpful and very friendly in extremley tough circumstances, i had my eyebrows done by casey and she was fantastic throughout, would always recommend this place to anyone! Ive actually moved away from the area and still travel back.

Always an amazing welcome and great service. All the girls are lovely. I’ve been going here for a few years now and Ashley always does my treatments she’s amazing and super friendly!
