Amazing Salon! I've been visiting for years and love everything about Noveau. I see Jade for my treatments and am so impressed every time by her warm friendly service and industry knowledge. Always giving me honest and clear advice, I trust Jade completely. The offers at Noveau such as Black Friday are incredible, I will always book extra treatments because of the savings!! Brilliant all round.

Having not been entirely happy with my initial treatment results, I was invited in by Natalie the Director. Natalie was so professional and understanding of my concerns and thoroughly assessed me and gave me a full explanation of how these treatments work and explained that different treatments or products are sometimes more effective for different customers. Natalie recommended an alternative product and provided this to me absolutely free of charge making it clear that her main objective for her business is that she wants customers to be happy and satisfied and to ultimately return to the business. I was astounded by this generous level of remedy it was totally unexpected and having had my treatment with Natalie I couldn’t be more happy with the results and I will absolutely be returning to Nouveau clinic for my treatments in future. Thank you Natalie for the exceptional service!

Nouveau are amazing. The staff are professional and friendly. I have been having treatments for the past 4/5 years and they offer amazing prices trying to give you the best possible deal.
