On arrival the staff were very friendly. They took my coat and asked if I would like a drink. The stylist came over only a couple of minutes after I sat down so I wasnt waiting long. She asked me what I would like done and then explained me how she thought I should have it. It was exactly what I was hoping would happen, someone who knew what to do!The stylist was friendly but didn't ask random questions just to make conversation, she continued to offer me a drink before getting started and made sure I was comfortable and happy about what she was going to do. Throughout she continued to make sure I was happy with what she was doing.I was very happy with my experience and will definitely go back again
