Jo has been doing my hair now for 2yrs. She is so polite, she gives good advice, and she listens to you and what your needs are, I wouldnt change my hairdressers for anyone. Each and every member of staff are lovely, they all go out of there way to make you feel welcome, I've had some problems recently but when I walk into the hairdressers all my worries go, coz all the staff are alway happy and smiling all the time, and that's what you need to be made to feel special.
