This is a really, really minor point but may be you could improve the quality of your magazines. Not every body wants to read about this celeb or that celeb. It is a bit trashy and is not entirely suitable for all your clientele. This is a very minor point but that's all I can think of to help improve your service. I regularly visit your Royston Branch which is well run, has very good stylists who engage with you in a professional and pleasant manner and it makes you feel special especially when they remember small details about your life and not just things about your hair and its style even though they have not seen you for weeks they still remember. It gives clients a feeling of a personal service.
