My appointment appeared to have been mistakenly cancelled. I am not exactly sure what happened as The staff dealt with the problem with absolutely no fuss. I was asked to take a seat as usual. Then someone came and explained the problem offering me an appointment with my usual hairdresser in 30 minutes time. I could go and return or wait and have a drink. I decided to go and do something then return. Apologies then, when I returned and from my hairdresser when we met up. I appreciated they had sorted the problem before explaining to me that there was one.
