I have been going to Saks now for nearly 5yrs, and haven't had any bad experiences in that whole time I've been going there. Each and everyone off them girls are polite,friendly,and professional at all times. when i ask Jo anything about my hair she gives me her honest and professional advice,she could do anything with my hair because i trust her!!! I've been going in there now for so long there like my family.
