My appointment appeared to have been mistakenly cancelled. I am not exactly sure what happened as The staff dealt with the problem with absolutely no fuss. I was asked to take a seat as usual. Then someone came and explained the problem offering me an appointment with my usual hairdresser in 30 minutes time. I could go and return or wait and have a drink. I decided to go and do something then return. Apologies then, when I returned and from my hairdresser when we met up. I appreciated they had sorted the problem before explaining to me that there was one.

I was treated so well today. I was really unhappy with my hair and was "fitted in" for it to be fixed. It wasn't a bad haircut that I had received but it needed tweaking to suit my face/age. Thank you.

Lovely friendly atmosphere. Charlotte has been looking after my hair for years and I always trust her opinions regarding mine and also my teens hair. Always very pleased with the service I receive and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair

I always leave Saks feeling and looking like a different woman. Charlotte has cut and coloured my hair for many years now, she gives me new ideas, which I am always keen to try. I trust her completely and I've never been disappointed with the results. She always seem to know what will suit my face and type of hair.
