Louise done an excellent job on all of my tmts. I would say however that the building could be a lot cleaner especially the room where I had my eye tmts - Marilyn Munro room. I thought it looked quite tired and dirty and could do with a good clean up. Other than that really happy with my experience and pleased with the results.
