It would be nice to have a receptionist to Answer phone and greet people .

Hi Paula,everybody at the salon is self employed, we try hard to keep our costs affordable for our clients, we have live online bookings 24/7 available to you, if we put full time reception in we would have to significantly higher our prices for that luxury.
