I arrived 10 mins early and no one really spoke to me I was just told to sit down. 5 mins after my appointment time a lady came to me after having been free the whole time and coming in and out of the salon. I was taken upstairs into a dark room and changed. 10 mins after my appointment time started my facial began. She was nice but very quiet. She did ask about my skin time and told me briefly what she would do. During the entire facial all I could hear was the sound of a hair dryer and clients shouting, swearing, making phone calls and laughing. Not very relaxing. My treatment ended 10 mins early. I paid for a 60 minute facial which in reality was 40 mins. That combined with the noise and inattentive staff, I won’t be back.

Very disappointed with the shellac polish I got, as it looked awful.polish set lumpy and parts of each nail were missed out and had a large gap between cuticle and start of polish.i could tell as the lady was doing the manicure that it wasn't professionally done as it was like she was in a rush and didn't seem very happy,although the she tried to make idle chit chat.the way she was didn't make me feel comfortable to tell her that I wasn't happy with it,so I didn't say anything,which is my own fault.within a week the polish had started to chip and lift away from the nail.i had been to the salon and had shellac by another lady before and it was brilliant and lasted for ages, which made this visit even more of a bad experience.so unfortunately I would not visit again because of this.

I was booked in to have a pedicure with louise however when I arrived I had Gemma. Sadly there was no mention of the msssage chair being turned on and no water jets. There are also gaps in the nail paint - it looks untidy. I was also not told that Shellac would be more expensive - a bit of a shock when I was expecting to pay £20. This was booked as a birthday present and sadly it was really dissppointing.
