Comment
The girls are always really friendly and make a point of greeting everybody whether they are their customer or not. Conversation flows and is not forced. Salon atmosphere is informal. Everyone is professional and knowledgable, giving good advice relevant to the customer. I don’t enjoy going to the hairdresser (those big mirrors 🙀) but I always feel comfortable at Michelle’s and enjoy the chat and service with Sophie.
