A lovely welcome from Nia on arrival. Good advice during consultation re a drastic colour change (blond to copper), suggestions made based on my requirements. This continued throughout the appointment. Friendly chat all through too. Delicious coffee whilst colour took. More great suggestions during cut for softening cut and giving hair more movement. I’m so happy with the result. Delighted to be offered samples of hair care products too. A really lovely experience considering I hate sitting in front of a mirror for two hours haha. Thank you Nia.

My first visit here. The online booking system worked well and was a strong initial attraction for me. I’ve since downloaded the app, which is great. Salon was easy to find and looked professional. Michelle was professional and approachable, we talked through what I wanted done as a first time client. The cut is really good. I’ve already booked my second appointment.
