To say that I was having a bad hair day would be understating things! Sophie and the girls immediately made me feel at ease and reassured me that my ‘hair crisis’ could be resolved. Sophie took the time to really listen to me and then advised me on a clear plan of action. By the time I left my hair looked radically better than it had looked when I first walked in. I arrived feeling so upset and left feeling happy. Thank you! X
