Always such a lovely experience, all hairdressers always greet me and speak to me, even the ones doing other people’s hair. That makes it a really nice and welcoming experience. Jess is brilliant, she always listens to my ideas, nothing is a problem, but she advises and cautions where necessary. I’ve come out feeling like a million dollars again, thank you 😊
