Outstanding service today and a brilliant example of how the stylists and staff cope with a crisis. There was a burst water main so no water in the salon and no information to the staff on when it would be reconnected. The staff called me, well ahead of my appointment time. They explained the situation and offered solutions. I chose to drop in on my way home from work. I was in luck because the water was back on, but, I am confident if it had not been they would have done their best for me.

Everything good but rather more than I expected to pay this time - £38 last time, £47 this time, didn't notice at the time, too busy chatting!
