I was made to feel very welcome in the salon. I went in not knowing what style to have so my stylist gave her opinion on what would suit me. She went through every step of what she was going to do from washing, cutting, blow drying and how to manage my hair myself at home. The whole experience was very professional but friendly too. I have had some lovely comments about my new style and will be visiting again soon.
