This was my first visit and let me tell you it won't be my last ,I'm very nervous when it comes to having my hair cut by someone for the first time but Nathan was brilliant he talked me though everything he was going to do and put me at ease within a short time of sitting in the chair , the whole experience was probably the best I have ever felt when having my hair cut I will return . Thank you Nathan and team.

This was my first visit to the salon, and chose it because they use high end products, have years of experience |( which I researched) and offer a range of services that suit me, my lifestyle and my hair.....the service I received was fantastic; felt relaxed and at ease - as was nervous about going somewhere new. The price is fair for the time spent and service received, so in that sense, it is good value, the hair cut and styling is the best I have had for a while and have already booked my next appointment - the view, the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant; no hustle and bustle of other salons, which is reflected in the; price, the one-to-one service you receive, quality of services, products used and time taken to cut and style one's hair. give it a try you won't be disappointed :)

My daughter and I had our hair done at the Celtic Manor a few weeks ago for her wedding it was a amazing experience staff so professional and very friendly plenty of coffee even pressoco which I took home because I was driving that day but made up for it at my daughters beautiful wedding . It was so good we made another appointment . Thanks to all the staff at Rhys Giles hair salon x
