Everyone at Rhys Giles' salon goes above and beyond in all that they do. Warm, friendly, caring AND serioujsly professional, they know that the secret of a more than satisfied customer who keeps coming back is tied into the overall experience, not just the superlative hairdressing that they undoubtedly deliver. I've known high-end hairdressers before who've been so offhand and uninterested in their client as a person that I ended up voting with my feet. Not so with this team - to the extent that I regularly travel over a hundred miles for my appointemnts and am planning on continuing to do this when I move to Lincolnshire in a few months. Just to be clear, that's Lincolnshire to South Wales! That sentence alone should convey how highly I rate Rhys Giles.
