I give this salon and location 10 out of 10. The salon is bright and airy and overlooks the lovely grounds of the Celtic Manor resort. The staff are polite and friendly, and the prices as competitive with other salons in the area and there is free parking. The hair products are very useful and I was recommended one by kerastase and my hair behaves to styling in the best way that it has for decades. (thanks to the advice of Karine). You can book on line too and this is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Rhys Giles salon located in the fabulous Celtic Manor Foyer where you can have a tea,coffee or spend time afterwards in the mall shops.If you are staying in the area,book an appointment by phone or on line. I think you will be very pleased . It is a fabulous experience and really lifts your mood for a long while after visiting.
