Sarah was incredibly kind and professional when piercing my daughter’s ears. She explained everything really clearly and made Daisy feel very comfortable. This was our first experience of going to Cove and it won’t be the last. The lovely lady on reception was very friendly too and gave us a warm welcome. Thank you - we will be back!

I have now had a few treatments at this branch and always been friendly and helpful. The intense tissue massage I booked in for I was a little disappointed with - the girl was lovely don’t get me wrong and I had booked in as my hip / back was sore so she did concentrate on this area and did a good job, however I did feel the “intense” part of the massage lacked intense purely by her frame. Don’t get me wrong she was lovely and really engaging so no fault of hers but I didn’t get the intenseness I had received in the last massage. Parking can also be an issue as your 2 x staff take up parking spaces and this only leaves 1 x space available . The area around is very difficult to park Anywhere. The fact you can park out the front is a big bonus for me using this branch. Thank you

When I went into the massage room the blanket on the bed looks dirty and had stains on it and the floor also looked grubby. My masseuse had very long nails and so it was quite painful and scratched me. I had to ask her to stop and so she used a fist instead which was better. The massage was ‘okay’… but considering I’ve booked three of the same style massage and had 3 different people doing it every single one has been incredibly different. Yesterday for example I had my chin massaged, but no other part of my face… it was a bit random.
