Aisha who normally works out of the Beaconsfield site was thankfully at Bourne End today and did a fantastic deep Tissue massage. She asked if the pressure was okay and then did an excellent thorough massage. Getting rid of knots too - thank you 10/10. I have now had 3 massages at the Cove and sadly I have never had the same experience which is why I may be reluctant to book. Last times the massage have not been deep enough eventhough I always request this. Staff turnover seems to be high as I never see the same person, they have moved on. I have been for waxing too and again never the same face which is sad as you can’t get a rapport up with the staff. The environment is clean but lacks light and ambiance - bit run down behind the back. The customer toilet also not that inspiring. Feels like Bourne End cove could do with sone love.

I have had at least 3 hot stones massages with you, the first having been great, the second not quite so good and todays the least enjoyable of all. I am willing to concede that all my muscles may have been extra tight today making it hard for the therapist to work on me. However at times the work on my shoulders and legs was positively painful and I had to ask her to reduce the pressure several times. I wanted something to relax me. This massage did not really fulfil that need I definitely want to find out who did the first massage and hope she still works for you. If she does I will be trying to book her in future.

This salon in Bourne end had drastically gone down hill in the last two years. I booked two appointments but they told me the wrong time so only had time for one. I had called in the morning to leave a message but they said they didn’t have time to listen. When I arrived they weren’t alologetic at all. The receptionist just said it was her first day and oh well. I had a rushed fa idk for £75. No expert advice whatsoever a d to top it off I got a text a week later for an appointment I’d not made. All in all not very relaxing and no quality experience.

Very warm and welcoming. The beautician was very good and made me feel relaxed and comfortable whilst carrying out my treatments. I'm looking forward to the next one already!.
