Although the young girl that treated me was lovely , she was clearly inexperienced, which again is not a reflection on her but of the quality of the spa, the building is quite shabby and not spotless which I would expect for a beauty salon, the price of treatments are far too high for the quality of the treatments, unfortunately it was a lot of money for a very basic care package

The facials seemed rushed. I had asked for the same therapist on the phone when I booked but was not given, nor was I given the special discount offer that I called for! The new therapist did not do a good job - I now have some black spots/patches due to incorrect facial treatment or too much of the steam!

On arrival and waiting for my appointment I had time to sit and view the salon. The reception area was very dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The entrance mat was covered in dirt and as my appointment was early morning it certainly couldn’t of been from a busy day, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The front of reception desk has thick old dust as does the shelf to the right where some products are, also in the front window. Not a pleasant outlook especially in a salon and in these times of increased hygiene levels. My facial appointment was done in 20 minutes not 30 and I didn’t find the result very effective, I’ve been having Caci for 16 years, my pedicure was not the most comfortable experience as you can see from the picture what was done to my foot with the foot-file. The therapist was very nice but offered no recommendations for aftercare or comfort to my foot. I was a shame as it was supposed to be a treat to myself after my first week back at work after losing my business in covid over a year ago!!!

When I went into the massage room the blanket on the bed looks dirty and had stains on it and the floor also looked grubby. My masseuse had very long nails and so it was quite painful and scratched me. I had to ask her to stop and so she used a fist instead which was better. The massage was ‘okay’… but considering I’ve booked three of the same style massage and had 3 different people doing it every single one has been incredibly different. Yesterday for example I had my chin massaged, but no other part of my face… it was a bit random.
