The Lifting Aromatherapy Facial was amazing, Anneka was fab, the massage was great and facial super relaxing. I would highly recommend and look forward to my next treatment. Only 1 given for advice because I didn’t request any.

Unfortunately the day I attended there was a flood outside the building so I had to take my socks and shoes off to get in (had to wade barefoot through 3 - 4 ins of water) so this did detract from the experience but this was nothing to do with The Cove. Flood was across the road outside. Lucky it didn't actually go in the premises! Would have been nice to have been told the name of the masseur. Slightly overpriced. £75, would have expected this treatment to be between £60 and £65. Hot Lava Shells. Walls are very thin so you can hear anything being said in rooms next to you - this detracts from you being able to fully relax and float into a world of relaxation

Treatment and everything else was great my only downside was I could hear some lot of noise from the reception area what I was in the treatment room.
