I warned therapist about my arthritic knees and leg pain and asked her to be careful. Maybe she was a little too careful /a little too gentle In the past I have felt a bit more discomfort but have felt that I have had a more "thorough" /deeper massage I cannot criticise because what I got may have been in response to what I requested but my previous massage with a different lady was more "satisfying" and I felt that in the previous one the hot stones were used more and to greater effect
