I was not consulted on the price change from Treatwell Vs in store, I feel the pricing is a bit dear for the quick eyebrow wax, I was not given any ftwr care advice, the therapist escorted a customer out with gloves on then took me in and did not change her gloves. Unhygienic.

According to your price list the Caci non surgical plus jowl lift is a 75 minute treatment. I’ve noticed my treatments have been finishing earlier, todays was only 65 minutes from when I walked into the treatment room (after sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes) to being back in reception, and the last few minutes were spent adding moisturiser and stroking my face. It’s an expensive treatment and I expect to be in the treatment room for the full 75 minutes. If it’s no longer a 75 minute treatment you should update your price list. The treatment is almost always starts late due to previous treatments running over, I’d suggest you allow more time in between treatments to avoid overruns.

Lovely friendly and professional staff but unfortunately my gel manicure started peeling off the next day! Not what you expect with gel, especially after paying £40.

When I went into the massage room the blanket on the bed looks dirty and had stains on it and the floor also looked grubby. My masseuse had very long nails and so it was quite painful and scratched me. I had to ask her to stop and so she used a fist instead which was better. The massage was ‘okay’… but considering I’ve booked three of the same style massage and had 3 different people doing it every single one has been incredibly different. Yesterday for example I had my chin massaged, but no other part of my face… it was a bit random.
