I have never been so cold in a beauty salon. The poor members of staff were trying their best to keep the areas in which they were working warm. However there was no warmth as you entered the salon, on an extremely cold day of course. The treatment rooms were only serviced by a small fan heater, moved about as necessary. Most disappointed with this, which is reflected in my numbered answers above when related to changes in the outside weather!
