I am so very pleased with my stylist. She is both professional and very talented. After many years (and tears) of visiting salons I can say without a doubt that Franklin hair spa is everything one requires for a positive experience. Visiting is a rare delight as not only are the staff talented, delightful and always helpful with advice but the decor is amazing. I always come away feeling good. And always look forward to my next visit.
