Ronald masters have been my hairdressers for many years, Laura being my hairdresser ( she’s fab 🥇). I always get a warm welcome and have always found all staff to be professional, efficient and attentive to clients needs. COVID procedures are taken seriously and I felt very safe with sanitisers, masks, screens etc..

I have been having my hair done at Ronald Masters for some 25 years and have always found the salon well run, the staff friendly and courteous and the atmosphere very pleasant. You are never rushed and every effort is made to help you leave the salon feeling happy and satisfied with your hair treatment. I have been to other salons just two or three times over the years for specific reasons, but would always return to RM, realising that is where I feel most comfortable.

I've never been very comfortable going to the hairdressers, but since I discovered RM a few years ago I have enjoyed each experience & felt totally at ease. I can always trust the advice given by Lisa my stylist & her colleagues, she always takes time to listen to my ideas & steer me in the right direction of what is right for my hair. All of the girls working in the Long Eaton salon are friendly & welcoming & natural. I highly recommend the Long Eaton salon.

Amy was lovely and my daughter and I will definitely be back. Loved my back massage exactly what I needed and I had asked for a “firm” massage and that’s what I got. My facial was relaxing and again a lovely experience.
