The staff at Roland Masters are very professional. The receptionist were very polite and engaging. Booking on line was easy and there was always someone at the end of the phone to speak to. I used a groupon voucher to have a massage. Amy the therapist was really lovely and professional and my deep tissue massage was just what I needed. I felt well looked after. I didn't receive or ask for any professional advice which is why I scored it 0. I did complete a health questionnaire etc.. There was no pressure to book any other treatments but I would like to return at a later date for sure. I have purchased a voucher for my daughter to enjoy the experience too. Thank you Amy.

Amy gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was the perfect pressure. I will definitely be back to have another massage with Amy. A bit of feedback for the environment- I could hear some music somewhere. The towels were a bit hard near the face hole which got quite uncomfortable after a while. Also, my partner told me that my massage was supposed to be for 55 minutes but it was only 45.
