Always a warm and friendly welcome from receptionist and stylist. Very pleased with hair cut and service. Also feel very safe with all the changes to the salon during covid.

Thank you for once again another excellent experience. I've been a customer for nearly 8 years and every visit is perfect. From reception to the service from the stylists, I cant fault it. I would just like to say what an amazing job you have done with the place with regards to the measures..just perfect! Look forward to seeing you guys again soon

I always had Jane do my hair and never had a problem so I had another lady do. She was lovely as a person but I have never had problem with bleach and had many times but this time it went yellow and so I had to have bleach done again and it was still yellow and then a toner which didn’t work which I’ve had no problems before then that had to be done again too and I’m not happy with the result which I told the young lad Kai. It’s still more yellow my and I can for my terminally ill father all day and all night and have not been out the house in 3 months at all and it was a real treat for me but had to get a sitter in for me as I was desperate to get my hair done as I had bad roots and had lost my style due to how much it had grown but I told the sitter I’d be about hour and half, two hours at very most but due to the problems yourselves were having just to bleach the roots which I’ve had done plenty but this time was an absolute nightmare and took over 3 hours . I was charged 87 pound and still not even got the correct colour . It’s a shame as it was my treat to myself and I don’t work as caring for dad so it’s a lot of money too me and so I’m very upset that I paid that much for the colour not being what I want and having to sit for over 3 hours whilst they tried bleaching twice and toning twice and has now put me off from using yourselves as I feel I shouldn’t even have been charged that much because it went wrong and length of time I had to sit whilst they trying to correct. I do not like to moan but it was a nightmare and upsetting and my father was upset as I was gone so long

Always love coming to the salon . Staff are friendly and welcoming And the environment feels safe and safety measures are great. Can’t fault them, excellent service and staff
