Very disappointed . The person who did me she was very good . But what she has to work with was not for the money . Foot bath well I had to sit on the end of the bed and put your feet in not very professional. The nail varnish was near the end . It was thick . The foot stub I was sat again on the end of bed done while in water . The top coat was near the end all the equipment the girl had to use was bear the end . On the whole I could have done it myself . You go to relax and feel u had an overall experience and come out with new feet . The overall experience was not how I have had a pedicure before . I will not come again very dissatisfied with how you do pedicures . Also the reception girl had to finish me off . The girls are lovely I they have to work with what they have . I feel you need to look at provide a more relaxing way to do pedicures and also it needs to be more modern . needs an overall decors

Hannah was lovely however I am disappointed with the quality of treatment. For £90 I would expect a better standard of work. I was really looking forward to this today, as a mum Of 3 young children I rarely get time like this for some much needed pampering and I didnt leave the cove feeling relaxed or happy with what id paid for. Like I say Hannah is lovely and this is nothing reflecting on her as a person or customer service provider. I know I was 10/15 minutes late for my appointment, which I was told is ok as the next person had cancelled. And I would've understood if time had been deducted because of it, however I was in there for over 3 hours and its not reflective in the end result. My flip flops were put on after my toes were painted so as a result they got smudged when putting shoes over the nails. I left there with wet nails which then in turn got more smudged. There was alot of time taken up in the treatment just sitting there wearing heated boots/gloves, I had to shuffled around and dangle my legs into a half filled plug in foot spa, rinse the hand scrub off myself in a small bowl of water, I had to wait for her to go and turn the heating on to pour hot water, and then again to turn it off,the nails arnt completely covered and can still see remenance of my previous nail varnish. There was still rememnance of a nail and varnish from im guessing the previous person in the cuticle cutting equipment! I had to ask for the varnish to be moved closer to the nail bed for the hands which I understand there's only so close it can go but it was barely covering the nail. I'm not a picky person at all but I'm very disappointed in this and for my first visit and impression of the Cove I can honestly say I would not recommend and wouldn't return. I think a partial refunded should be issued. I would also like to send more pictures but this only allows you to send 1. Many thanks

Since changing hands the cove service and quality of masseuses has got worse. It is a shame as a customer of 12 years to not enjoy massages.

There didn't seem to be enough COVID safety measures in place e.g. 1. I was given a tablet to complete a questionnaire but not sure if this was sanitised before or after. 2. The visors worn without face masks by the therapists left me questioning how much protection this offers visitors and staff.

Such a shame that all the experienced therapists have all left and that only newly qualified are being recruited. Since COVID it all seems to have gone a bit wrong. The salon is looking tired, not very clean and with practically threadbare towels. Just not the same atmosphere and also prices seem to have even hiked with no notice by about 20% which is not great considering you only have junior therapists. From what I gather more and more people are going up the road to U an where prices are so much cheaper.
