Since changing hands the cove service and quality of masseuses has got worse. It is a shame as a customer of 12 years to not enjoy massages.

I have been a customer of the Cove for some time now. Overall I am happy with the treatment and staff. However, I noticed today that the room I was in was not very clean, with debris on the floor in the corner, which I noticed when I was lying on my front on the treatment bed. Also I visited the toilet and feel that this also needs some attention.

The young woman who actually gave me my fake tan was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, I was left with thick brown colouring on my heels which was extremely difficult to remove. I think the salon should have known this was a possibility and put the skin protector on my feet. The receptionist/manager was not so pleasant. She was quite abrupt when I mentioned what had happened and assured me if 'would come off' when I showered. We'll see. At no point did she apologise or show any sympathy. She told me if they had used the skin protector on my feet the sticky pads I stood on would not have stuck and the tan would have gone on my feet.... quite. I was not offered any recompense or discount and the receptionist/manager was quite dismissive except to ask if I'd like to book my next appointment right then. Well .... No.
