My therapist was good and did a good job with everything [manicure, pedicure, eyelash & eyebrow tint.] When I paid I was a bit shocked at the cost of £84, and asked how much each treatment had been. I now think £36 is very steep for a pedicure which really only works on the nails [file, paint, cuticles] and not the hard skin or filing the feet.

Visited the Cove Spa again for a Back and neck massage. The Spa is easy to find and parking no problem as just across from big multi storey. The staff are friendly and welcoming and take particular care to ensure your comfort during your visit. They are generous with the products used and time given to each treatment.I don't feel anything is scrimped on and they tailor your treatment to target areas of concern. The decor in the Spa is tired and needs revamping but don't let first impressions out you off.

The receptionist was nice and very polite. Overall the treatment was not that great.I had previously done before with someone else and I must say it was much better. The staff who was doing my treatment didn’t do a great massage also she wasn’t well while doing. She had a cold with runny nose, and constantly she was making noises to control her cold. I must say it was difficult to relax and quite unpleasant at some point. I was going to ask her to go and blow her hose as I thought she will excuse me and do it. Shame!!!because you are paying so much money and you are looking forward to relax . Unfortunately I wasn’t lucky with the treatment I was provided.
