Hannah the therapist was great couldn't fault her, the first impression of the salon and their lack of communication regarding explaining the timings and treatments not a great start to a relaxing afternoon.

My massage was good but I was cold and only covered with a thin blanket. The table had towels but then a piece of paper, which makes me wonder how often the towels are changed, obviously not for every client. There were rips in the curtain and the candles were fake. However my therapist, Kayleigh, was very good, though she wasn't particularly friendly.

It was my first time at the salon and I had read good reviews so thought would try. As soon as I arrived I didn't get a good feeling. The staff member handed me a tablet to fill in my details - no explanation. Another appeared and I had my son with me who is very young. She said who is being naughty to him. I quickly responded with he is happy and wants to explore. I quickly realised she was to be the person who was doing my treatment. In the room I felt it was rushed. Also, I let my son listen to a favourite song to keep him happy. She responded with, "Oh that will be stuck in my head now!" Then she made a comment about my eyebrows and she had a bit of work to do or something. And finally she forgot something so mid treatment she ran out of the room to get it. So to be honest I don't think I will be rushing back!

Unfortunately my spray tan is patchy with large areas left streaky. The lady that sprayed me was very friendly and pleasant but compared to previous spray tans elsewhere (with the same product, Sienna X) it hasn’t come out like it should have.

I booked a deep tissue massage because i have problems with my back and have found the deep tissue massage to be effective. The lady who did my massage was extremely good, one of the best deep tissue messages i have ever had. The therapist was very, very busy and started late on my massage. I turned up completely on time and waited for her to start my massage but it took about 15 minutes later before she started o work. I paid for an hour massage and only received three quarters of the time. I did not complain at the time because she was very busy and very nice and was working in a very stressful environment, with the phone going etc etc. I think she stopped work on my back because her next client turned up and she had to start work and leave me without my full hour. again I can't stress enough, the deep tissue massage I received was excellent. Maybe next time I come for a massage I can be given the 15 lost out on this time. regards Sarah
