The environment was lovely. I was booked in for a shellac manicure and it's the worst one I've ever had. She used too much colour so it's all pooled around the edges of my nails, there are drips in some nails. I don't think there's any chance it will last the 2 weeks it's supposed to as it's already lifting. So disappointed. And a v disappointing birthday treat

Could do with some tidying up. No conversation at all during before or after service. Result was good though.

Really uncomfortable surroundings. The whole place feels dark, drab, dirty and in need of a serious refit. When I lay in the treatment rooms the eye should not be settling on bulges in the plaster and damp patches. My expectation is for a beauticians to be white or very light colours so you can see it’s clean. It needs to be well lit and with up to date equipment and feel more like a sergical/sterile room.

Slightly over priced. Not very professional. Therapist was quite nervous and didn't put me at ease. Felt uncomfortable. Unlikely to go back when there are other spas, more reasonably priced in St Albans.

I am disappointed with my spray tan which is very patchy and my palms and feet look extremely stained even though I checked with the technician several times if they would stay like that but was told no as they had ‘protector’ on them. The staff were very friendly and accommodating otherwise though.

Quite disappointed that a luxury paraffin pedicure consisted of spraying the paraffin on the feet and wrapping in cling film. Not quite adequate for the price paid which was a shame.
