The Cove Spa in St. Albans is a hidden gem. I've always been able to get appointments - even last minute ones and the staff are always friendly & professional. Tucked away behind the town centre but an easy walk from most car parks, they offer reasonably priced treatments and have a great selection to choose from. I had an Express 45 minute massage for £45 & came away feeling less tense & my neck was a lot more mobile. They currently have special Xmas deals which I will probably take advantage of. I have tried a number of spas in St. Albans & have always enjoyed my experience at the Cove Spa. They tend to work more flexible hours, late evenings and even on some Sunday's which helps when you have children.

The most relaxing Sunday morning and ever. Booked a full body Swedish massage and reflexology. Good pressure on the massage, and definitely got into the knots in my back. The head massage part of it was amazing and really chilled me out. The reflexology was more relaxing than I thought it would be (considering I'm not a fan of feet), but I could easily have fallen asleep in there, especially to the soothing music that was played
