This is a lovely spa and my therapist was nice, however I believe I only received a 45 min massage rather than 60 mins, which was disappointing since I'd paid for the full 60 min service.

I booked a deep tissue massage because i have problems with my back and have found the deep tissue massage to be effective. The lady who did my massage was extremely good, one of the best deep tissue messages i have ever had. The therapist was very, very busy and started late on my massage. I turned up completely on time and waited for her to start my massage but it took about 15 minutes later before she started o work. I paid for an hour massage and only received three quarters of the time. I did not complain at the time because she was very busy and very nice and was working in a very stressful environment, with the phone going etc etc. I think she stopped work on my back because her next client turned up and she had to start work and leave me without my full hour. again I can't stress enough, the deep tissue massage I received was excellent. Maybe next time I come for a massage I can be given the 15 lost out on this time. regards Sarah

Excellent service and advice over treatments received. Had lash extensions before but at Cove they have really lasted and been easy to maintain. Hannah is wonderful.

Lovely staff, more than happy to accommodate. And always happy to fit around you or squeeze you in when you are in desperate need. I have had gels on feet and hands multiple times now and although being very, very heavy handed have lasted the 3 weeks and more on my feet. I believe the prices are one of the best for St Albans and although small it is a calming environment and suited to myself.
