I wasn’t made to feel very welcome in your salon, the therapist wasn’t very talkative, even when trying to make conversation. I was left with wax and hair still on me after treatment.

Sadly, the treatment (gel pedicure) wasn’t at the usual standard. I had to sit in a very uncomfortable position and the experience was not very relaxing. The salon is also looking quite shabby now. I shall be looking for a new local salon for future treatments.

Not particularly friendly. Wax was below average with hairs left behind afterwards. Asked me if the temperature of the wax was ok after putting it on, rather than doing a test on my hand.

I was so looking forward to my spa experience and this was my first visit here. The massage was very good, however the facial was terrible and disappointing. It was nothing more than a few face packs applied, no proper massage given and got done in literally 20-25min. The scalp massage was also not very good, it was a dry massage without any oil which damaged and pulled my hair (I have long hair). Made it an uncomfortable experience which I was waiting to get done with. The lady attending to me kept going outside the room to get various things in between which was not only disturbing but a waste of my paid service time. She eventually finished the entire treatment 15 min earlier than the stated scheduled time. Don’t see myself going back here, the place is a bit run down, they need renovations.
