I have had two treatments at this spa and will not be returning again. My first visit was a good experience but I was unable to use the Lavish voucher I was given as a gift as I was told the voucher had not been activated. Hence my second visit to use my voucher. I rang twice before my appointment and both times asked about the voucher and was assured there would be no problem using it. Hence my surprise on arrival to be told they no longer accepted Lavish vouchers. I was offered the possibility of leaving some of my treatment out but opted to pay the extra as this was a rare treat. Imagine my surprise when I phone the spa today to be told they do accept Lavish vouchers. In addition the treatment was carried out by a therapist with a heavy cold (someone blowing their nose every 5 minutes was hardly a relaxing experience) and being charged £15 for 4 minutes in the infra red room with one of the heaters not working was not satisfactory.In general Cove Spa I will not be returning and I will be advising as many people as possible against you also. The booking was taken as 1pm and you requested that the treatment was moved forward to 12 45 by which time the person using the infra red room was there. This does not address the fact that the room was inadequately heated. I spoke to two people regarding the voucher last week and have called again this week. Each time I have been assured you accept the vouchers. I am sorry but this is unsatisfactory and as you suggest no way that you can "make this up" I find these sentiments empty.

I had a caci treament. It was ok but there was no/minimal interaction with the therapist who said nothing about my skin at the beginning or the end of the treatment. It Did nt feel special and cannot really see a difference. I felt like another client coming through and out the door again. Place is dark inside and not inviting visually. When I have gone to other places there is active engagement and chat about skin what might help it and when I’d see results if it is later I would not go back in a hurry

I was really disappointed after getting gel nails done here as two of them chipped a lot in under a week, and the rest look like they are going to peel off very soon / already look grown out. I then went to get the two chipped nails re done and was not expecting to be charged £15 for this. The staff also did not apologize, and I overall do not feel that I received good customer service and so won't be returning or recommending which is a shame.

Worst callus peel I have ever had, I mean that was the treatments name but end up being putting some cream leave it for 20 minutes and scrape the heels of the feet for literally 1 minute, and I am being generous saying that the scrapping was for a full minute. Certainly regrettable.

Hi there, this was not a great experience. The one hour started late and finished early, it seemed that Naomi had just started and is very inexperienced, certainly not a pregnancy massage specialist. My wife had to ask for a pillow, no focus on the legs or calves, normally a focal point for pregnancy massages. After the session my Wife had to wait over 30 mins to pay. Very disappointing experience given this was a surprise, which turned out to be a waste of money. My suggestion would be to take pregnancy massages off your list if you are not going to have people available who are experienced. When I called on the Saturday and you knew you were not going to have staff on the Sunday, you should have just rescheduled. I very much doubt we will be using this branch again,
