I was rather disappointed to hear from my friend that her treatment didn't start for a good 20-30mins after mine. We didn't have anything specifically planned for after our treatments, if we had she would have had to cancel. There was a mild apology and she was then still charged the full rate for having waited around that long. At least some form of recompense should have been offered even if it was a discount on her next treatment for the inconvenience. During my time waiting for her I over heard the receptionist debating with a customer over the phone why she had undercharged her. Neither of these wrap what as a very relaxing and enjoyable massage for me in the 'warm and fuzzies' that you should come away from a treatment feeling
