All staff are super friendly and lovely, it does not matter what you are having done, the staff in both hair and beauty treat you as if you are their client. I would never go anywhere else for nails or beauty treatment's as the girls Jade and Julie are amazing. They get to know their clients as individuals, they know your dislikes and likes, know what your choice your drink will be, and know what styles you like. You can go in and not choose anything yourself but will come out satisfied you have been given the best they can offer. I have never left this place disappointed. I could never go anywhere else now, they are stuck with me!! Lovely friendly atmosphere, always happy and joking, a brilliant place if you need a pick me up! Brilliant value for money, they are worth every penny. If I didn't have a fab hairdresser in Stafford where I have been going for years I would choose to come here for hair too, one day when my hairdresser retires, this is the place I will choose for haircuts. Love you guys, I look forward to my visits
