From the very first moment that I picked up the telephone to make an appointment I knew that I was in safe hands at Springwell. Nothing was too much trouble despite the fact that I had to swap and change my booking a couple of times. The clinic is very easy to find and there is a pay and display carpark just around the corner. I saw Christine initially for a consultation and had my botox with Stephanie. I was very nervous but with of these ladies have years of experience and soon put my mind at rest. Stephanie is an absolute wealth of information when it comes to what treatments to have. She guided me and offered me wonderful, age appropriate, kind advice on what I should have done. Stephanie, has a very gentle touch and I have been thrilled with the outcome of my treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends and family and will certainly not be going anywhere else in the future.

I have just been back to Stephanie for my top up treatment and as always it's a pleasure to see her! This time I took my daughter,so she could have some advice from the Stephanie to see if she really need any treatment and as always good advice was give my daughter doesnt need anything but she did give her advice on her skin!once again lovely to see you .

At the tender age of nearly 72, with Stephanie's assistance,I am trying to soften the ravages of time and must admit some bad habits. And its working !! I am totally realistic on what can and can,t be achieved. Why would I want a rigid,totally wrinkle free,unblemished skin,that would not match my body. Just starting on a course of Profhilo which even though involved 10 injections was not that unpleasant. In 4 weeks go for next treatment so watch this space to what the outcome will be Lovely place to visit,Leonie even remembers how I like my coffee !! Then she reapplies make up so I can walk out looking looking good.
