I can’t say anything negative about the clinic - staff are all so professional yet warm and friendly too. A warm greeting on arrival and a quality cup of coffee in a very comfortable waiting room. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I recently had diathermy on some raised skin blemishes. The treatment was quick, relatively painless and I'm hoping for good results once the area's have healed. Christine is very good at putting her clients at ease and explaining the procedure. She is also happy to answer questions. She is not in the least pushy and does not recommend unnecessary treatments.

So today after years of wanting it done I had a mole on the side of my nose removed. I'm so scared of needles and any kind of body procedure that I woke up this morning petrified... I eventually chose to have my treatment done at the Springwell Clinic after reading all their great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. First of all the clinic itself is so easy to find with parking just round the corner. When you walk in its friendly and welcoming which put me at ease straight away. The receptionist was lovley and the waiting room very calming. Christine then came down and introduced herself and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. We went through my medical history, what the procedure involved and the after care. There was no pressure at all for me to have the treatment and I felt very comfortable asking questions. I decided to have the Short Wave Diathermy treatment and I've got to say i feel so silly for being scared. The local anisthetic injections were painless and one numb I didn't feel a thing, within minutes my mole was gone! I couldn't believe it! I would highly recommend the Springwell Clinic to anyone thinking of having any kind of slightly invasive treatment. I've had treatment such a lip fillers in other clinics before and never felt as comfortable and listened to as I did today and I will definately be returning.

Yesterday had 1st treatment of viscoderm. After being told by Stephanie that it does hurt was rather nervous.However it was uncomfortable but bit like child birth the result is amazing so you are happy to do it again ! I can see the difference and believe it gets better over the next few weeks. I love my visits to the clinic, all the staff there are lovely,and I have such a laugh. Do you know they all know how I like my coffee !! I am over 70 years old and not aiming to look like a 50 year old as would not match my body.However I want to look in the mirror and be able to say Not bad. That gives you such confidence to face the world.
