! It was just lovely to see everyone again, particularly my fantastic hairdresser Kimberly, who had to deal with 4 months worth of lockdown hair! I felt very welcome and safe.

My long awaited appointment after over four months, was finally here, I was so excited, Filled in the health questionnaire on line, and was armed with all the information that Copperfields had sent through . Door was locked, as expected and I was greeted by Derek and taken to a seat, offered a bottle of water, and told Kimberley would be with me . All the staff were following the one way system and had their masks and PPE on, there were screens around the floor and by the sinks, everything was as I was told it would be, The result was amazing, i have always loved the pamper and getting my hair done and this was extra special due to the time I had waited due to lockdown. I was advised about style and colour as always and left with my next appointment booked and a massive smile. Thank you so much.

First visit since "lockdown" so I felt a bit unsure. I was immediately put at ease and was most impressed by all the extra safety hygiene measures that were in place.

1st appointment at the saloon since lockdown and I was delighted to see the girls again! I felt very comfortable and safe in the saloon which is a huge credit to all the staff. Jen done an amazing job with my hair colour and I left the saloon feeling amazing!
