I've been to all the barbers around the area and no one comes close the groom room. All the barbers here are top class an take pride in doing a professional cut and more importantly really good at getting the right information out of you to get it just how you want it.

I would love to see more made of the experience. I know other barbers who do a lot around this. Different beard oils to try different techniques etc. Offering the customers drinks got or cold. Making it more of an experience. I know I would pay more. I am always happy with my experience. The guys are incredible at what they do. I just think there is an opportunity to upsell by looking at what other barbers do. Hardgrind in Dundee for example.
